Your PCP effectively manages your overall health, responds to your questions and concerns, and ensures that all aspects of your treatment work to your benefit. Pentucket Medical’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) contains your complete, current medical information, which enables everyone on your care team to be fully informed.
